The merger of XM and Sirius Satellite Radio has been in the works for about a year and a half. The FCC finally gave its approval, by the narrow vote of 3 to 2.
I am disappointed. I have owned Sirius Satellite Radio for several years. I really like the 80’s station and the NFL package. I am hoping nothing will change when the merger actually comes to fruition.

Here comes the lawsuits. News broke today that the cervical cancer drug Gardasil may not be as safe as it was represented to be by Merck & Co. Inc. and the FDA.
Right now Merck & Co. Inc lawyers are probably scrambling to protect the company from the lawsuits that are sure to be filed in the very near future. The lowly milk jug has been redesigned. Whether you like the new design or not don’t for one second think that this is the only product package that is going to be redesigned. The new milk jugs are only the tip of the ice berg.

Am I the only one wondering exactly how much money Amazon.com lost today? I don’t think the outage is going to put Amazon out of business. After all, they will be getting tons of traffic just off the publicity generated by people like me who felt the need to write about it.
