Getting over gephyrophobia, or the fear of crossing bridges, is a huge problem for gephyrophobes but that may all change with Energy Psychology. Gephyrophobia gives a whole new meaning to that saying “crossing that bridge when we get to it.”

With all of the recent bridge collapses that have had such devastating results it is a wonder more of us aren’t gephyrophobes.

While gephyrophobia isn’t a problem if you live in the right neck of the woods, living in or visiting major cities almost always means a bridge crossing encounter. A gephyrophobes nightmare. With the rising price of gas it is going to be much harder to justify driving well out of one’s way to avoid crossing a bridge.

My problem isn’t with someone fearing a bridge, my problem is with the fact that so many people seem to just shrug off that this is a true phobia and should be treated as a medical problem. Many people who suffer from phobias (of any sort) can be helped with behavioral therapy and medication. Energy Psychology is also showing amazing results.

If you have panic attacks for any reason, please consult your doctor so that proper steps can be taken to help bring you relief. Ask specifically about Energy Psychology and if it can be used to treat your condition.

Gephyrophobia usually isn’t an isolated phobia as people who suffer from it is may also be claustrophobic. You will need to see a specialist to see where your fears actually lie.

A big rave to everyone using Energy Psychology to help phobia victims have a better life.
